Policies

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped out within 1 week of order being placed.

Local orders, will be delivered within 2 days. You'll be contacted for delivery once order is placed.

Internationally orders take 10-21 days depending on location.

Shipping dates are estimates and can vary for multiple logistical reasons. We always do our best to ship as efficiently as possible for all customers.

Tracking #'s are provided for all international orders. We appreciate your patience in advance as we have a "Soon Come" ideology throughout our postal service. Please allow a few days for tracking #'s to be updated with accurate information.

Duties:

You will be responsible for all duties & taxes related to your order. Your refusal of any order by Antilles Skateboards will deem you responsible for original shipping, taxes or duties resulting in being returned to Antilles Skateboards.

 

Errors/Incomplete Shipping Addresses:

All items returned to Antilles Skateboards as a result of erroneous or incomplete addresses will require an additional shipping charge to be re-processed for shipping.

 

Packages Lost In Transit:

We do not take responsibility for parcels or packages lost by couriers. We'd strongly advise contacting the appropriate courier for a more prompt and effective resolution. We won't have visibility outside of the tracking # you are provided with.

 

Exchanges & Returns:

Big man ting, all sales are final. No exchanges, No returns. Please review throughly all information (billing, shipping, sizing & etc) submitted with your order. If items arrive damaged compromising the integrity of garment or product please contact us at antillesskateboards@gmail.com within 30 days of order.

 

Privacy Policy:

Purchasing online we will collect necessary information about you in order to fulfill all orders.

For payment by card, we will need to collect your payment information in order to process.

When you place an order with Antilles Skateboards for products or services that will be delivered or provided at a later date, we will need to take additional contact details such as delivery information from you so that we may complete your order. For international orders We use third-party couriers to deliver your order and will need to share your contact information with them for this purpose only.

We may collect, use, store, transfer and otherwise process different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

• Identity Data includes name, username or similar identifier
• Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.

Your Information will never be shared for reasons outside of completing your order.
